Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship exclusively within Australia. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer international shipping just yet.


Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in Sydney, Australia, where all of our faux flower arrangements are carefully prepared and packed.


Are your flowers real or artificial?

All of our arrangements are made using high-quality faux flowers. They’re designed to look beautifully lifelike while being long-lasting, pollen-free, and completely maintenance-free — perfect for enjoying year-round.


Is your business locally owned?

Yes! We’re a small family-run business, and every order truly means the world to us. Thank you for supporting local — it allows us to keep doing what we love.


Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via our contact form or email us at ask@juhco.com.au and quote your order number for easy reference. While we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in progress, we’ll always do our best to help. 


How do I get in touch if I have another question?

How do I care for my faux flowers?

Our faux flower arrangements are beautifully low maintenance.
To keep them looking their best, we recommend:

  • Lightly dusting with a soft cloth or feather duster

  • Keeping them out of direct, prolonged sunlight to maintain colour

  • Avoiding moisture or water

That’s it — no watering, trimming, or special care required.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us via the contact form on our website as soon as possible after delivery. Please quote your order number for easy reference.

As a small family business, we review all return or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to find a fair solution.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition.


Do you offer gift orders?

Yes! Our faux flower arranging kits make thoughtful, long-lasting gifts. Especially for the creative in your life!

If you’re sending an order as a gift, you can include a delivery address different from your own at checkout.

Will my finished flower arrangement look exactly the same as your photos?

Our arranging kits are assembled with the final design in mind. As such we select floral types based on how they compliment and support the final design. From time to time we may vary the individual flower types from what is pictured in our product photos. This is because we treat each ensemble as individual art pieces so where we see fit, minor adjustments may be made. We believe this adds to their natural, unique charm.

Our kits come with simple and clear instructions on how to assemble your flowers so they closely resemble our final design. However, every crafter, homemaker and magic maker has their own individual style and flare. So whilst we provide instructions on how to copy what we've made, we believe things are even better when personal style is sprinkled through each design. What we're saying is we'll give you the framework on how to create our arrangements but ultimately, you do you boo. If you make an arrangement you love, our mission is accomplished!
